Representing Qualco Applied Intelligence, Alex Karvouniaris, CTO of Synthetica (part of Qualco Group) offered insights into the transformative potential of AI in industrial operations and the maritime sector, in his presentation during the second day of the exhibition. By drawing a parallel between a ship and a proverbial floating factory without a steady internet connection, Alex Karvouniaris analysed our approach to predictive equipment management and its application to manufacturing and other areas. In addition, he showcased how we use deep learning to enhance real-time monitoring and anomaly detection for machinery assets.
