Qualco Applied Intelligence has successfully marked its presence at the 1st Automation & Robotics Expo held at the Metropolitan Expo in Athens. The event brought together automation and robotics leaders to discuss the digital future of manufacturing, energy, utilities, and pharma -among many industries.

We showcased its end-to-end solutions on IoT infrastructure, intelligent Digital Assistants, Digital Twin technology, and Operational Excellence practices. These solutions, powered by Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Robotic Process Automation, are designed to revolutionise data interaction, streamline processes, and boost operational efficiency across diverse industries.

Representing Qualco Applied Intelligence, Alex Karvouniaris, CTO of Synthetica (part of Qualco Group) offered insights into the transformative potential of AI in industrial operations and the maritime sector, in his presentation during the second day of the exhibition. By drawing a parallel between a ship and a proverbial floating factory without a steady internet connection, Alex Karvouniaris analysed our approach to predictive equipment management and its application to manufacturing and other areas. In addition, he showcased how we use deep learning to enhance real-time monitoring and anomaly detection for machinery assets. This ensures operational fluidity and cost-effectiveness across industries.
